Terms and conditions*:

1. Five days following the shoot, the edited photos will be sent.
2. A non-refundable payment is needed to guarantee your reservation.
3. The shoot will take place at the scheduled times. There will be relevant fees of 2000/-* per hour for any additional hours worked.
4. The shoot begins at 6 a.m. in the morning and at 2 p.m. in the afternoon. The shoot schedule will be shortened if there is a delay in getting to the destination for any reason.
5. Costumes and site fees are the client’s responsibility. On request, though, we can offer makeup services.
6. We don’t use props; instead, we specialise in producing one-of-a-kind photos using natural positions. The customer is free to bring their own props if they would rather use them.
7. Within ten days, consumers must return the chosen images (as specified in the package).
8. After we receive the chosen files from the clients, album editing will take at least 25 days. We are willing to use pre-established template styles for album editing that are recommended by the client.
9. Any data loss resulting from unforeseen situations will not be Foto India’s responsibility.
10. Within 45 days of the event date, both traditional and cinematic videos will be given. The client is also invited to recommend music for the videos.
11. Until full payment is received, we have the right to withhold all deliverables.
12. All photos and videos taken during the event are owned by FOTO INDIA.
13. Photography and videography services are subject to 18% GST.
